Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

  • Will the current sign raceways be removed?
  • Is there a plan to change the signgage on the larger building in the rear (ie Family Dollar)?
  • The tricorn black is the coping, the columns will be grizzle grey, the base colors will be the off-white natural choice.
  • Can the square panels at the top of the columns or planters be highlighted in a different color to give the plaza a bit more vibrancy?
  • Are you making any changes to the lighting?
  • Will you be adding planting materials to the planters?
  • If Simon's revisits their signage, it should be larger.
  • Mid-60's LRV is more pleasing to the eye when considering a white instead of the current LRV of 73.  73 will standout like a beacon.
  • Can you lighten the columns, add an accent color for the squares at the top of the panel?

Cynthia Brookins from Greater Collinwood Dev. Corp is available to state the organizations support.
